The work includes the a Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB) Enablers facility at Naval Support Activity (NAVSUPACT) Marine Corps Base (MCB) Guam. The MEB Enablers complex consists of company headquarters and support company administrative facilities, intelligence administrative workspace, and an electronics/communications maintenance shop for the maintenance and repair of non-airborne equipment. The site will consist of the MEB Enabler admin/shop facility plus three accessory buildings. The accessory buildings are communication equipment storage and supply warehouse, a hazardous storage facility and a generator building. In addition to the accessory buildings, there is an Operational Vehicle Laydown and exterior grease rack and three exterior wash racks.
